Ingredients
- 1 turkey neck
- 2.9 liters of water
Procedure
- Pour the water and the turkey neck into a large pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for 90 minutes.
- Carefully separate the tender meat from the bones.
- Strain the broth, completely removing the bones, then return the shredded meat.
- Divide into portions and serve.
Notes
Serve warm as a topper or freeze in cubes for a refreshing snack. No salt or spices.
