A neat and tasty preparation for those who love batch cooking. The frozen muffins are convenient for portioning and can be served as needed, perfect for weekly meals. Turkey, oats, and berries combine in a mix rich in protein and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • about 200 g of dog oat and berry mix
  • 454 g of ground turkey
  • 240 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, hydrate the oat and berry mix with warm water.
  2. In a pan, cook the ground turkey well.
  3. Combine the meat and oil with the hydrated mix.
  4. Distribute the mixture into muffin molds and top with chopped strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Transfer to the freezer for 3-4 hours, then remove the muffins and store them in airtight containers.

Storage

In the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
