When it's barbecue time in the garden, your dog can have their own menu too. Mini beef burgers with a mix of vegetables cook in the pan in just a few minutes and are served with baked sweet potatoes and a few strips of iceberg lettuce. A fun, tasty recipe rich in proteins, fiber, and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 450 g of lean ground beef
- 420 ml of mixed vegetable blend for dogs
- 240 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sweet potato
- Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, the vegetable mix, the water, and the olive oil.
- Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Form balls about 5 cm in diameter and place them on a greased pan.
- Flatten the balls with a spatula and flip the burgers once golden.
- Slice the sweet potato into rounds about 2.5 cm thick.
- Bake the sweet potato rounds in the oven at 150 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
- Let the potatoes cool.
- Assemble the plate with the burgers, the shredded lettuce, and the sweet potatoes as a side dish.
Storage
They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
