5. Processing Methods
Data is processed using electronic and paper-based tools, applying technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure a level of security suited to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR), including encryption, access controls, and regular backups. - Account data: for the duration of the registration and up to 2 years after deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
- Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn.
