Beef and Sweet Potato Burger for Dogs

When it's barbecue time in the garden, your dog can have their own menu too. Mini beef burgers with a mix of vegetables cook in the pan in just a few minutes and are served with baked sweet potatoes and a few strips of iceberg lettuce. A fun, tasty recipe rich in proteins, fiber, and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 450 g of lean ground beef
  • 420 ml of mixed vegetable blend for dogs
  • 240 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, the vegetable mix, the water, and the olive oil.
  2. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Form balls about 5 cm in diameter and place them on a greased pan.
  4. Flatten the balls with a spatula and flip the burgers once golden.
  5. Slice the sweet potato into rounds about 2.5 cm thick.
  6. Bake the sweet potato rounds in the oven at 150 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
  7. Let the potatoes cool.
  8. Assemble the plate with the burgers, the shredded lettuce, and the sweet potatoes as a side dish.

Storage

They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
