Chicken, Oat, and Blueberry Muffins for Dogs

Savory muffins for dogs with ground chicken, oats, red fruits, and fresh blueberries on top. Perfect as breakfast or a snack, easy to batch cook and freeze for the week.

A breakfast or a quick meal packaged in convenient individual muffins. Ground chicken provides protein, oats and the mix of red fruits contribute fiber and antioxidants, while the topping of fresh blueberries adds vitamins C and K along with a sweet fruity note. They are also great for freezing for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 454 g of ground chicken
  • 420 ml of organic oat and red fruit dog mix
  • Fresh blueberries to taste for garnish
  • 360 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of omega oil for dogs

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground chicken in a pan and incorporate the oat and red fruit mix following the package instructions, adding water to rehydrate.
  2. Transfer the mixture into muffin molds and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Decorate each muffin with a few fresh blueberries.
  4. Drizzle with omega oil before serving.

Storage

They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
