Ingredients
- 1 package of fresh chicken hearts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 leaf of black kale for garnish (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of chopped pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)
Procedure
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 4 minutes.
- Rinse the chicken hearts under running water.
- Place them in the basket and spray with olive oil.
- Set the timer for 20 minutes.
- Every 5 minutes, shake the basket to turn the hearts.
- Let cool and finish with black kale and chopped pumpkin seeds, if desired.
- Portion and serve.
