When we talk about simplicity: with cheddar and almond flour, you can bake tasty biscuits that your dog will love. They are perfect for use as a reward during training sessions or as a casual snack, and they are so natural that you can even taste them yourself.
Ingredients
- 100 g of grated cheddar
- 100 g of almond flour
- 15 ml of water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- In a food processor, mix cheddar, almond flour, and water until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick and cut out the shapes you prefer with a cookie cutter or knife.
- Place the crackers on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
You can substitute almond flour with oat flour or whole wheat flour, adjusting the quantity.
Storage
In an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days; in the fridge for longer.
