When watermelon season arrives, the sweetest way to pamper your dog is to offer them fresh, bone-shaped pieces. Just one ingredient, zero added sugars, and plenty of vitamins: A, B6, C along with potassium and fiber to support digestion and hydration. A simple, shareable, and effective snack.
Ingredients
- 1 watermelon
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into slices about 2 cm thick.
- Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to create the shapes from the slices.
- Serve to your dog, preferably chilled from the refrigerator for an even more refreshing effect.
Notes
Always remove the black seeds and do not allow your dog to chew on the skin, which can be difficult to digest.
Storage
They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
