- 100g boiled chicken (breast), finely chopped.
- 1 tablespoon homemade chicken broth (without salt).
- 1 tablespoon oat flour.
- 1 egg yolk.
Procedure:
- Mix everything until you get a dough.
- Form small balls the size of peas.
- Bake at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
