Turkey and Cranberry Meatballs for Dogs

Oven-baked meatballs for dogs made with ground turkey, cranberries, green beans, oats, and a mix of vegetables. Rich in lean protein and antioxidants, perfect as a meal or as a treat.

These baked meatballs are perfect to prepare during the holidays, perhaps using leftover turkey. Turkey is a source of lean protein, oats provide fiber beneficial for digestion, and cranberries add antioxidants and a tangy note. Versatile: they can be served as a complete meal, as a topper, or even as a training treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons of green beans
  • 450 g of ground turkey
  • 240 ml of mixed vegetable blend for dogs
  • 60 ml of oats
  • 120 ml of water

Method

  1. Finely chop the cranberries and green beans, or blend them in a mixer.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix by hand until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Form small meatballs using a scoop and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes, until the turkey is well cooked.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Storage

They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
