No oven, no waiting: these pupcakes can be prepared in the microwave in just a few minutes. They are soft, natural, and perfectly suited for your dog. Topped with a creamy yogurt and fresh cheese frosting, they are made for festive moments or just to pamper your furry friend.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of xylitol-free peanut butter
  • 1 egg or 1 flax egg
  • 3-4 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce
  • microwave-safe cupcake molds
  • 2 teaspoons of lactose-free yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh cheese
  • blueberries for decoration

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, mix together oatmeal, applesauce, peanut butter, and egg. Stir well.
  2. Pour the mixture into the microwave-safe cupcake molds.
  3. Cook in the microwave on high for 90 seconds, then let cool.
  4. For the frosting, mix lactose-free yogurt and fresh cheese in a bowl until you get a smooth cream.
  5. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
  6. Finish with the blueberries and serve.

Storage

In the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
