Peanut butter is a classic treat for dogs, but the kind from the supermarket often contains additives or sugars. Make it at home with just one ingredient: the result is a creamy, natural butter that's perfect for engaging your dog with toys or a lick mat.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of unsalted roasted peanuts (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Transfer the peanuts to the blender and blend until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the lick mat and add your dog's favorite toppings, such as pumpkin puree, diced apple, or whole peanuts.

Notes

Serve no more than 1-2 tablespoons a day. Always check that the peanuts are free of salt, sugar, or added flavors.

Storage

In an airtight container, it keeps for 2-3 months.
