Just add peanut butter and bake. Decorated with a festive ribbon and a tag with instructions, it’s a practical and sure-to-please gift.

Ingredients

  • 120 g of oat flour (1 cup)
  • 40 g of cranberry powder (1/3 cup)
  • 100 g of coconut sugar (½ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (10 g)
  • 10 g of spinach powder (1/3 cup)

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in the jar in the following order: oat flour, cranberry powder, coconut sugar, flax seeds, spinach powder.
  2. Tightly close the jar with the lid.
  3. Decorate with a festive ribbon and attach a tag with baking instructions. For a special touch, also include a cookie cutter.

Notes

To bake the biscuits, add 360 g (about 1 ½ cups) of natural peanut butter to the contents of the jar, knead until you have a consistent dough, cut out shapes with the cookie cutters, and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You can substitute cranberries with beet powder, blueberries, or dried strawberries.

Storage

The sealed jar can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
